Shipping Policy
We deliver all over India. Our delivery timelines may vary from location to location. However, on an average, any order takes about 4-5 business days to get delivered from the date of placing the order. If your supply has still not been delivered in the stipulated time, please drop an email at support@soothehealthcare.com and we will sort it out for you.
A shipping charge of INR 50 is applicable for orders of value lesser than INR 250. For orders above the mentioned amount, shipping is absolutely free.
Return Policy
Your personal wellbeing is important to us and we do our best to maintain high standards of hygiene. Due to the intimate nature of menstrual / personal hygiene products, our sanitary pads and panty liners are non-returnable. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong items delivered to you, please write to us at support@soothehealthcare.com with the details. Such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Upon receipt of the request, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable time. Please note that we accept product-related concerns (e.g., damage, defective) only up to 10 days from the date of delivery.
